1.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@ecochews.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide the order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

1.3. Once you receive the RMA number, please securely package the product, including the RMA number, and send it to the address provided by our customer support team.

1.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product.

2. Refunds

2.1. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-8 business days.

2.2. The refund will include the cost of the returned product, but it will not include the original shipping charges unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
